Device Processing Lab - With support from the NSF Department of Undergraduate Education, the center is creating a new multidisciplinary microelectronic processing course.  The course is designed to explore the fundamentals of device processing while empasizing teamwork, interdisciplinary skills, and curiosity driven learning.  Equipment used in the course and skills developed are also relevant to our research mission.  The equipment includes:
